Complaints procedure

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the WillProof service, we want to hear from you and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Step 1: Contact us

Email your complaint to Info@WillProof.co.uk with the subject line “Complaint”. Please include:

  • Your account email address
  • A clear description of the issue
  • What outcome you are seeking

Step 2: Acknowledgement

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and provide a reference number.

Step 3: Investigation and response

We will investigate and provide a full response within 10 working days. If we need more time, we will keep you informed of progress.

Step 4: Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to:

  • Data protection concerns: The Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk (ICO reference: ZB897878)
  • Consumer disputes: You may use the EU/UK Online Dispute Resolution platform or seek advice from Citizens Advice.
